In this tutorial you will learn how to open Microsoft Outlook Express dbx File on newer computer system.
To open Microsoft Outlook Express message database file without Outlook Express application you need to download a program called MiTeC Mail Viewer. You can do this from this link:

It’s author is Michal Mutl and it’s freeware.
With MiTeC Mail Viewer you can also open:
– Mozilla Thunderbird message database file
– Folder containing EML Files
– Single EML File
After downloading the archive you must unzip it first. When download ended you can start the application by executing MailView.exe file.
